FlightCheck is a checklist and quick-reference app for student and private pilots, covering common training and personal aircraft including the Cessna 152, 172 (M/N/P/S), 182, Piper Warrior and Archer, Beechcraft Baron and Bonanza, Mooney M20, Cirrus SR22, and more.
Each aircraft profile includes phase-by-phase normal procedures, emergency and abnormal procedures, V-speeds, performance tables (takeoff, landing, climb, cruise) transcribed from POH Section 5, and maneuver procedures with ACS tolerances.
Where does the V-speed and performance data come from?
All V-speeds, operating limitations, and performance tables are transcribed from official Pilot's Operating Handbooks (POHs) for each specific aircraft variant. Source references (POH section / figure number) are included in the relevant table notes.
Does FlightCheck work offline?
Yes. Once an aircraft profile is loaded, checklists and reference data are available without an internet connection. Sign-in is optional and only used to sync preferences across devices.
How do I report wrong data?
If you spot an error in any V-speed, table value, or procedure, please email or open a GitHub issue with the aircraft model, the page in the app, and the POH section that disagrees. Aviation data corrections are prioritized.
What about my privacy?
FlightCheck collects only the minimum needed to run the app (email for sign-in and preferences for cross-device sync). No advertising, no analytics tracking, no third-party data sharing. Full details on the Privacy Policy page.
